Event Itinerary

Below is the Itinerary for the Heart of Texas Showcase on 7/10 & 7/11 in Round Rock, TX.  At registration, each player will receive an assigned showcase number, the team in which they will be playing on, and the Exposure Games Schedule.

12:30 pm - 2:30 pm--------NSC PRO STYLE COMBINE

2:30 pm - 4:00 pm--------Live BP in Cages

(PO’s break until GAMEPLAY..Be at your game 1 hour prior to start)

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm-------------EXPOSURE GAMES R1

OTHER INFORmation

NO FOOD/DRINKS OR LARGE FAMILY COOLERS
-Concessions will be available during the event on both days, and water will be provided at the fields for event participants. 
-Players are permitted to bring in their personal water jugs, as well as small coolers with towels, ice, beverages, etc.

BRING CASH
Old Settlers Park charges an $8 gate fee for Adults to enter the ballpark.  Please be prepared to pay the admission fee if you plan on staying throughout the event. 

BRING SHADE
It will be a long hot day in the stands for families and fans.  The ballpark offers minimal shade in the stands, but we encourage you to bring your tents, umbrellas, fans, and any other devices necessary to stay cool and comfortable.

LUNCH WILL NOT BE PROVIDED
There is a small scheduled break time on both days, as well as times when your team will not be playing a game.  Please take advantage of this time to eat lunch or a snack during the event. NOTE the times that you are scheduled to be back to the field, and do not be late.

PLAYERS-BRING FLATS & SPIKES
The fields and playing surfaces are all dirt, and players will be permitted to where their metal spikes.  That being said, the cage area in which we will be doing the LIVE BP portion of the testing, is a concrete cage.  NO METALS ALLOWED DURING THE HITTING PORTION. If your athlete does not have flats, they will be skipped during the hitting for the scouts.  NO SLIDES OR SANDALS!
